Welcome
Everyone is welcome to attend satsang at the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Greater Boston.
The Sanskrit word satsang literally means the “company of the Truth.” On the Siddha Yoga path, Truth refers to the highest Reality, the Supreme Self. Satsang refers to seekers coming together to experience the Truth within their own being by engaging in the spiritual practices of meditation, chanting, study of the Guru’s teachings, darshan, and dakshina.
Location
The Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Greater Boston has found a new location for regular programs held the first Sunday of every month (unless otherwise posted on the EVENTS page). The venue opens at 9:15 am for the program beginning at 9:30 a.m. You may wish to bring a cushion and/or blanket for comfort and support . Both chair and floor seating are available.

Dress Guidelines
To honor the sacred atmosphere, all who attend satsang and other events at the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Greater Boston are asked to dress in nice, clean, modest clothing (eg., no low-cut, sleeveless, revealing, or sheer clothing). Kindly refrain from wearing shorts or jeans.
